Breathwork Ceremony for Anger & Grief

Join Kerrin in this one hour breathwork ceremony where you will be guided to connect with anger and grief that is being stored in your body. Come with an open mind as you will be invited to release anger, grief, and any stored emotions through an intuitive breath, set of vocal releases, and other embodiment practices. 

What to expect

  • Brief guided meditation to anchor into the emotions we are wanting to bring forward

  • Guided journaling prompts to explore the emotions & stories further 

  • 3-part intuitive breath to clear

  • You will be led to connect to your own intuition, your body, and your subconscious mind to unblock old stories and welcome in a new, aligned future 

  • Leave the session feeling relieved, open, and clear 

What to know

  • It is best to avoid eating a heavy meal before this class

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early

  • Journal and pen

  • Water

  • Eye mask, crystals, blanket to create safety in your space (optional)
