  • A pastry chef by trade, Jenae left the kitchen to pursue something that had much deeper meaning to her. After encountering a hefty amount of grief at the age of 15, she began to explore the world of yoga and how she could heal herself. A student for the last 12 years, she became certified to teach two years ago and has been rapidly planting her roots in her community. With an emphasis on restorative and yin style yoga, Jenae loves to highlight the importance of slowing down to benefit our nervous system. Recently certified in somatic healing, she is inspiring students to take their healing into their own hands by providing them with new modalities to add to their toolkit. In her free time, she can be found hiking alpine lakes or hula hooping at the park. A cheesy person at heart, she loves bringing affirmations into her practice to inspire students to deepen their connection to themselves. She is currently undergoing a meditation and trauma informed yoga course to continue deepening her knowledge to further enhance the experience she can bring to her students. Her style is all about intentionality and giving ourselves permission to slow down and take a break from our usual hustle and bustle lifestyle.
