Wellness & movement have always held importance throughout Patricia's life. She began practicing yoga consistently when she moved to Richmond, Virginia in 2016, and has never looked back. The benefits of building consistent practice gave her stability and strength that she previously had only ever dreamed of, and knew the practice was something that she needed to deepen and share with others. Specializing in perinatal, vinyasa, hatha, restorative & yin, her intention in her practices is to be with the bodies in the room, crafting sequences that allow each individual to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Heidi has always been passionate about learning how our bodies work and move. Heidi first discovered yoga in college as a way to manage the stress of classes, work, and balancing everything. Throughout her life she has returned to yoga as a way to de-stress, heal, and move; she finally took to the plunge to become a yoga teacher in 2016. Heidi’s philosophy is that yoga is a way to help heal our bodies and minds through breathwork, movement, and meditation. But the true beauty in yoga is that it is about learning to create connections, connections to ourselves and to our broader community. Heidi believes that yoga is appropriate for all ages, shapes, and sizes.

Krystal MacDonald is a dedicated yoga teacher who believes yoga is for every body and every individual. She is certified at the 200-hour and 300-hour levels and has advanced training in children’s yoga, deep stretch and restoration, Love Your Brain yoga for TBI survivors, All-Abilities Yoga, Yoga for Larger Bodies, and trauma-informed practices.
Her teaching style is inclusive, uplifting, and heart-led, creating a supportive space where students of all levels can explore yoga with confidence and joy. She infuses her classes with a sense of childlike curiosity — inviting students to stumble, laugh, and try again — while reminding them of the strength they already carry inside themselves. Krystal encourages students to embrace yoga as both playful and empowering.
When she’s not on her mat, you’ll likely find her asking to pet every dog she meets, carrying the same spirit of openness and connection she brings into her teaching.

A pastry chef by trade, Jenae left the kitchen to pursue something that had much deeper meaning to her. After encountering a hefty amount of grief at the age of 15, she began to explore the world of yoga and how she could heal herself. A student for the last 12 years, she became certified to teach two years ago and has been rapidly planting her roots in her community. With an emphasis on restorative and yin style yoga, Jenae loves to highlight the importance of slowing down to benefit our nervous system. Recently certified in somatic healing, she is inspiring students to take their healing into their own hands by providing them with new modalities to add to their toolkit. In her free time, she can be found hiking alpine lakes or hula hooping at the park. A cheesy person at heart, she loves bringing affirmations into her practice to inspire students to deepen their connection to themselves. She is currently undergoing a meditation and trauma informed yoga course to continue deepening her knowledge to further enhance the experience she can bring to her students. Her style is all about intentionality and giving ourselves permission to slow down and take a break from our usual hustle and bustle lifestyle.
