About The Providers:

The Birth Squad provides a prenatal class series, weekly postpartum support groups (including groups that serve as affinity spaces for Black and Spanish-speaking moms/birthers), and monthly community meetups, all of which center on mental health and emotional wellness. All of our programming is no- to low-cost. Come as you are, access support, and find the community we all need- because it really takes a Village!

Genesis PT & Wellness Colorado is a holistic pelvic floor therapy practice that uses a whole-body approach, which is all one-on-one personalized treatment. Genesis focuses not only on alleviating pain, but also on empowering individuals to reclaim their active lives while feeling fully supported and validated!
