Back to Your Spark: Two hours to rest, reflect, and remember what lights you up.

Life is full. You're keeping up — but you're running too fast to check in with yourself. Not just busy, but stretched thin enough that the bigger questions don't get airtime. Your nervous system is too revved up to think about anything beyond the to-do list.

This afternoon was built for exactly that. Two hours to step away, settle your nervous system, and do the kind of reflection that goes deeper than logistics — the kind that reminds you what you're inspired by, helps you see where you're headed, and leaves you clear on what you actually need to feel lit up, not just get through the week.

The afternoon

Opening — you arrive, notice what's present, and set your intention for the time. A moment to land before anything begins.

Group Reiki session with live sound — you lie back and receive. The Reiki and sound work together to settle you deeply. If you're new to Reiki, most people are surprised by how relaxed and clear they feel afterward.

Guided reflection — a skilled facilitator meets you in that settled place with a series of questions to reflect and journal on. What's feeling alive, what you're craving, what's standing in the way, what you want more of. The kind of clarity that's hard to access when you're running at full speed.

Closing — you leave with a short written practice built around what came up for you that afternoon, so you have something to carry it forward.

Lauren Shaffer is a Reiki Master, integrative healing practitioner, and founder of Vessel Studio. She works at the intersection of emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.

Alexandra Phipps is a strategist and facilitator, and founder of Verve Strategy. She specialises in helping people cut through the noise and reconnect with what actually inspires them.
