Jennifer Rose, M.S., CCC-SLP

Jennifer grew up wanting to either be a teacher or a pediatrician. She was so grateful when a friend in college suggested she take a class that introduced her to the field of Speech and Language Pathology. Jennifer knew immediately that this was her future. She loved how the field combined her passion for working with children and her interest in science.
Jennifer is a licensed and certified Speech and Language Pathologist in Texas and Colorado. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders and earned a Masters of Speech and Language Pathology from The University of Texas at Dallas, Callier Center. She is a member of The Colorado Speech-Language-Hearing Association and The American Speech and Hearing Association.
Jennifer has a wide range of experience in clinical, public school, and private school settings. She began her career working in HISD (Houston Independent School District) for several years and then for five years, served as the lead Speech and Language Pathologist in a preschool classroom at a school designed for children with language and learning differences. Jennifer has been practicing as a private practitioner since 2006. Jennifer also worked with The University of Houston as a Clinical Educator for several years. Jennifer and her colleague, Allison Feldman, M.S.CCC-SLP, opened The Speech Garden in the summer of 2018. The Speech Garden opened its second location in Denver in the summer of 2022 when Jennifer and her family moved to Colorado. Currently, Jennifer practices at The Colorado Speech Garden.
Jennifer’s areas of expertise include diagnosis and treatment of expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation and fluency disorders, oral motor functioning, and pragmatic disorders in children. Jennifer enjoys working with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. Jennifer believes in collaborating with parents, teachers, and other therapists to help each child work to their maximum potential.
Jennifer lives with her two children, husband and dog in Denver, Colorado. During her free time, Jennifer enjoys baking, reading, spending time with her friends and family and traveling.
Meghan Brown, M.S., CCC-SLP
Denver Therapist
Meghan was born and raised in Kansas City. Meghan received her undergraduate degree in Business at Elon University in North Carolina. However, after working in the “real world” for a couple of years, Meghan knew she was in the wrong field. After shadowing another SLP, who had previously worked with her brother, she immediately went back to school to get her degree. She graduated from Rush University, in Chicago, with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Meghan is a licensed and certified Speech and Language Pathologist in Colorado and is also a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Shortly after graduation, Meghan and her now husband moved to San Francisco. Meghan worked in the public school in Oakland, CA with pre-kindergartners through high school. She enjoys working with all ages of kids. Meghan’s areas of expertise include diagnosis and treatment of expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation disorders and pragmatic disorders in children.
Meghan and her family moved to Denver in 2018, where she lives with her two daughters, husband, and red lab. She enjoys reading, playing tennis, traveling and learning Mahjong.
