Little Yogis: Kids Yoga
Little Yogis: Kid Yoga invites children ages 2–11 to explore movement, imagination, and mindfulness in a joyful, age-appropriate way. Each class blends simple yoga postures with music, stories, creative play, and games that keep kids engaged while supporting their natural curiosity and energy.
Our approach encourages children to move their bodies in healthy, expressive ways while developing confidence, focus, and emotional regulation. Through storytelling, themed adventures, and interactive activities, young yogis learn how to channel their energy, connect with their breath, and cultivate moments of calm—all in a supportive environment designed just for them.
Whether they’re pretending to be animals, moving through playful flows, or practicing quiet rest, every child is welcomed into a space that celebrates their individuality, creativity, and growth. Little Yogis helps kids build foundational physical and emotional skills that will support them on and off the mat, all while having FUN!
Come join us in nurturing your child’s love for movement, mindfulness, and self-expression.
