A session to quiet your body so you can hear yourself think.
When was the last time you had real space to really reflect? Not about your to-do list, what's for dinner, or that sticky work thing, but about your life. What's inspiring you. What you're craving. What's standing in the way.
This event is designed to take you there. For two and a half hours, you get to set everything else aside and be cared for by a small team of practitioners who do this work for a living. Every part of the experience is built to help you feel supported, rested, and deeply nourished.
You'll settle onto the mat, cozy under blankets and let your senses take over. A Reiki Master moves through the room, working with each person and with the group as a whole, while a sound healer weaves a sound bath around her energy work, following and deepening it. Together, they invite your nervous system to soften and your body to settle.
From that grounded, restful place, a facilitator guides you inward. The introspection is part meditation, part journaling. First there's space to simply notice what's present in your body and mind. Then, gently, you'll put words to it. The relaxation gets to be channeled into insights and inspiration.
You'll leave feeling rested and clear, with a sense of what's next and what you want to carry forward.
2.5 hours. Spaces are limited. Small by design. Bring a journal and a pen.
How it'll go
Arrive and land. Settle in, notice what you're bringing with you, and set an intention for the morning.
Sound bath and Reiki. Deep, full-body rest as sound and energy work bring you all the way down.
Guided reflection. Carefully crafted prompts to sit with and journal on, exploring your inner world, what inspires you, what's blocking you, and what you're needing.
Closing. You'll leave with a short written practice built from what came up for you, so the clarity doesn't evaporate on the drive home.
