Join us for an immersive two-hour evening combining the stillness of yin yoga with the transformative power of conscious breathwork.

Yin yoga opens the deeper layers of the body — the connective tissue, the held places — through long, supported holds that invite genuine release.

Breathwork then takes you deeper still. Together they create the conditions for something most of us rarely give ourselves: time to slow down, go inward, and come back to yourself.

No previous experience necessary.

This evening includes:

· Guided Yin yoga with Kerrigan O'Connell

· Conscious circular connected breathwork with Mitch Gross

· A nurturing, heart-centered space

Bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle and eye mask (journal optional)
