She'll open the evening with brief guided meditation to help you arrive and settle, then move into a full immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and more--all designed to calm your nervous system, quiet mental noise, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed, with everything you need to carry you through the rest of your week.
No experience necessary, just bring yourself, a mat to lie on, a blanket for warmth, and maybe a pillow and eye mask.
